AUTISM EDUCATION SEMINAR, ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE and FEES

The Package Includes:

1- 7 days education seminar (Turkish Lecture and simultaneous Arabian translation)

* Tea, coffee, water, refreshments in the breaks and lunch (4 kinds of) are included in the package price.

2- Hotel Pino 3 stars hotel,  Standard room for 2 people (8 night accommodation, breakfast and dinner included)

- Breakfast  (Open Buffet) ve dinner (5 kinds of ), after them unlimited tea and water are included in the package price.  Other than the mentioned above, the extras will be paid by the participants.

3- Transfers (2015 Model Mercedes Benz Sprinter)

- Demanding participants can check out from the hotel on 08.11.2015 at the end of the seminar, according to their flights.There will be free airport transfer service by private cars for the participants who leave early.

4- Translator

- 1 or 2 expert translator will give service at the seminars for the translations and questions.

5- In case of emergency (illness, etc) 24/7  emergency phone service.

6- The day after the last seminar, if time is convenient there will be Ankara tour.

7- At the end of the seminar, the certificates signed by UYUM Education Institution, AUTISMEDI (Autism Medical Institute) and  Sen Assistance will be  delivered.

* All the services mentioned above are included in the per capita all in full package price and per capita fee is 2.000 USD. Personal shopping etc. requests and extra hotel expenses are not included in the package price and will be charged extra.

* 10 % discount rate for groups of 5 people and over

* 20 % discount rate for groups of 10 people and over

* 25 % discount rate for the families those had autism medical treatment or having still continuing treatment by SEN Assistance.

REGISTRATION:

* To pre-register for the seminar, it is necessary to deposit 500 USD to the bank account that the details  mentioned below. When depositing the money, it is needed to be written the participant’s name and surname on the bank receipt. (Example: Fayiz Jasim 02 November autism seminar pre-register fee).

* After  the payment of pre-register,  to complete the registration please send an e-mail to the e-mail address mentioned below. In this e-mail;

Please indicate the information above and add the bank receipt and send to the e-mail addresses mentioned below. Please, then request for confirmation e-mail that the registration has been completed.

* After pre-registration is completed, you will be asked for your flight information (arrival, departure, landing time to Turkey/Ankara).

*  The hotel accommodation will be at the 2 person rooms. If you want to prefer your roommate, please inform us previously. If the preference is not specified, the room settlement will be Mr/Mr or Miss/Miss and according to be from the same country.
